Primary Cooling Fluid DTX

Advanced thermal fluid for data centre facility cooling infrastructure.

Castrol ON Primary Cooling Fluid DTX® combines high-performance heat transfer with low viscosity and low-toxicity characteristics, providing an advanced alternative to conventional propylene glycol for Primary, Facility and Technical Cooling Loops.

Its thermodynamic and hydrodynamic properties can improve heattransfer while reducing the energy required to circulate coolant through the cooling system. Conversion from conventional propylene glycol to DTX hasdemonstrated COP improvements of more than 10%, with corresponding potential reductions in cooling energy consumption.

Direct-to-Chip Cooling

Castrol ON Direct Liquid Cooling PG25

Purpose-developed coolant for Direct-to-Chip liquid cooling.

Castrol ON Direct Liquid Cooling PG25 is a ready-to-use propylene glycol-based heat transfer fluid developed specifically for liquidcooling systems. Designed for circulation through cold plates and associated Technology Cooling Systems, PG25 combines effective heat transfer with advanced corrosion protection, material compatibility, biostability and long-term fluid durability.

Castrol ON PG25 has achieved OCP Inspired™ recognition from the Open Compute Project Foundation. PG25 has also been validated to meet NVIDIA requirements for AI factory and data centre infrastructure, providing additional confidence for operators, equipment manufacturers and coolingtechnology providers specifying fluids for high-performancecomputing environments.

Immersion Cooling

Castrol ON Immersion Cooling Fluid DC 15

Single-phase dielectric cooling fluid for electrical and electronic cooling systems.

Castrol ON DC 15 combines low viscosity with effective thermal performance, excellent dielectric properties and high fluid stability.

Developed specifically for single-phase immersion cooling, DC 15 enables electronic hardware to be submerged directly within thecooling fluid while maintaining electrical insulation and effectiveheat removal.

Castrol ON Immersion Cooling Fluid DC 20

Advanced dielectric fluid for high-performance immersion cooling.

Castrol ON DC 20 is a synthetic-based single-phase coolant designed to provide effective heat removal, excellent electrical insulation and long-term stability within immersion cooling systems.

Its thermal and flow characteristics support efficient cooling of high-performance electronic hardware while helping maintain reliable operation throughout the fluid lifecycle.
